Founded in 2003, Dynamic Credit has offices in Amsterdam, New York and Jakarta. The teams of experts of Dynamic Credit are active in asset management, loan origination, advisory, and valuations. 1.Business Analyst
Subject: Internship – Business Analyst
In order to further develop the existing and new products and services, Dynamic Credit is looking for an Business Analyst intern. As a member of the IT development team and broader product development team, Intern in this role will learn the ropes of working on multiple agile development projects.
Responsibilities of the role are:
-Define specifications and business analysis requirements
-Data Analysis to draw insights and refine business requirements
-Perform quality assurance and user acceptance tests
-Help design, document and maintain system processes
-Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
-Analyze user behavior and provide insights on how to design products to better fit the needs of the user
-Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
Requirements:
-Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and clear and concise communication.
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
-Attention to detail and focus on quality.
-Experience in generating and maintaining business process documentation.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Data modeling and UML experience.
Nice to have:
-Have Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

2.Pega Developer
Subject: Internship – Pega Developer
In order to further develop the existing and new products and services, Dynamic Credit is looking for Pega Developer intern. As a member of the IT development team and broader product development team, the main responsibilities will be to develop BPM solutions as part of multiple agile development projects.
Responsibilities of the role are:
-Working with the technical and business team to develop high quality deliverables across all project phases, from participating in the requirements, design and build phases to user acceptance testing.
-Provide technical training and user support to technical and business groups.
-Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
-Contribute to the overall system architecture across the technology stack.
Requirements:
-Knowledge of Pega Platform.
-UI development experience (CSS/HTML/Javascript).
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Nice to have:
-Certified Pega System Architect or 1+ years PRPC
-Database SQL query optimization and integration.
-Experience using and deploying to Application Servers like tomcat, websphere, etc.

3.Quality Assurance
Subject: Internship – Quality Assurance
Data-driven decision making and analytics are at the core of Dynamic Credit’s fast growing business. The quality assurance intern is a member of one of the agile software development teams and participates in all phases of development. The software development teams work on highly scalable internal and SaaS applications based on the Microsoft technology stack.
Responsibilities of the role include
-Own the vision of consistently delivering quality and have that vision land in the team
-Develop and maintain an agile Test Strategy that defines actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures to satisfy the user, safeguard quality and validate/verify the requirements
-Coordinate test environment setup and maintenance
-Conduct test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality
-Creation and execution of manual test cases
-Creation and execution of automated test cases
-Perform Integration Testing between application and external application/data sources
-Identify/work with development/analysts on the creation of test data needed for execution
-Resolve defects with the team and prevent their reoccurrence
Requirements:
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-Demonstrated experience in manual and/or automated testing
-Ability to stay current with tools, methodologies, technologies and programming languages
-Should highly value feedback, precise and efficient communication, and continuous learning and self-development
-Have some experience on application development or testing
Nice to have:
-Knowledge of functional test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, FitNesse, TestNG, Selenium or similar is a plus

4.Software Engineer

Responsibilities of the role are:
-On-going development and maintenance of web applications and databases
-Writing maintainable and testable code
-Developing proof-of-concepts and working prototypes based on high-level concepts
-Participating in the development, architecture, customization and implementation of in-house applications
Requirements:
-Knowledge of C# Programming along with .NET Standard/Core Framework
