1.Account Manager
Account managers are responsible for cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with the company’s clients or customers. They serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that client needs are met and contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, they are entrusted with the responsibility of identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales from existing clients.
Account Manager Responsibilities and Duties
Establish and Maintain Client Relationships
-Build long-term relationships with clients.
-Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal company teams.
-Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Manage contracts and agreements.
-This includes overseeing business deals with clients and ensuring all agreements are fulfilled.
-Assist in contract negotiations and cooperation extensions.
Analyzing Client Performance and Needs
-Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve services.
-Perform in-depth sales data analysis and monitor market trends to offer more effective business solutions.
Achieve Sales Targets and Business Growth
-Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities.
-Resolve client complaints and address any issues promptly.
-Handle client complaints and find the best solution.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
-Female
-A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
-Preferred qualifications include experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
Required Skills
-Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
-Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion to build profitable cooperation.
-Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is also essential.
-Proficiency in data analysis and problem solving to understand client needs.
-Proficiency in multitasking and effective time management to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
-Demonstrated business acumen and familiarity with marketing strategies to deliver effective solutions.
-Fluency in English is highly desirable.
Experience
-1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
-Industry-specific experience in IT is a plus.
