PT RootCloud Technology Indonesia We are looking for multiple Digital Transformation Project Delivery and Operations Specialists with fluent Chinese (Mandarin) or English and Indonesian language skills to successfully implement and maintain digital transformation projects in remote forestry or industrial environments

1.After-sales Operation and Maintenance Specialist “
Job Requirements:
-Educational Background: Associate degree, high school diploma, or equivalent in a science or engineering field.
-Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese/English (one of the two) and Indonesian (required). Basic English is a plus.
-Science or Engineering Background (required).
-Field Adaptability: Willingness to work in remote or forest locations and handle on-site incidents.
-Communication Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities.
-Problem Solving Skills: Proven ability to quickly resolve on-site technical challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
-Project Delivery: Develop and manage project plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely completion.
-Operations and Maintenance:Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal system performance.
-Risk Management: Identify, assess, and resolve potential risks and issues in remote project environments.
-Technical Support: Assist with hardware/software setup,installation, and on-site incident handling.
-Continuous Improvement:Propose and implement improvement measures to enhance system reliability and project efficiency.
