Data Centre Operator (Kode : AGIT – DCO)
Responsibilities :
Data centre operator have the responsibilities of  protecting customer data and ensuring all data centre service system are secure, operational and high available. The data centre operator carries this out trough continuous proactive system monitoring, system support, and system event preparation.

Qualifications :
-Have A Diploma‘s degree in information technology or related field.
-Fresh graduated or 1 – 2 years in related field and in companies required

Knowledge’s, Skills and Abilities :
-Have the desire and ability to follow datacenter operation procedure
-Have an ability to perform backup of data files and system
-Have an ability to perform check
-Understand Datacenter System
-Understand Microsoft product
-Understand basic network
-Have ability to conduct effectively troubleshoot system Event

Interpersonal and Communication skill :
-Have an ability to conduct a routine checklist and monitoring with strong attention to detail
-Have an ability to follow escalation process and communicate problem as structured way.

Desktop Support (Kode : AGIT – DS)
-Provide Desktop Computing support: desktop computers, laptops, software, systems and networks within organization.
a.Troubleshoot/diagnose system problems identify causes
b.Analyze options to address varied hardware/software/systems/network issues,
c.Implement solutions.
-Assist end user with instruction, support, and coaching to learn about, and effectively apply, desktop technology to address their needs.

Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and experience (typically 0-2 years) supporting

Knowledge’s, Skills and Abilities
-Knowledge of
a.Microsoft Client and Server Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008)
b.networking, telecommunications technology and a basic understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN, Wireless LAN, Access Point, Ethernet, Wan, Switches and Routers)
c.print sharing
d.Active Directory
e.Desktop to Server relationships
f.Virus and Antivirus software
-Experience in Microsoft Office 2003-2007
-Have Ability to Upgrading, installation and maintenance of HW and SW (hardware rollouts, hardware/software configuration, memory upgrades etc.).
-General knowledge of Company applications systems, to assist with installation and basic use.
-Have high level of Problem Solving Skill

Interpersonal and Communication skill
-Have an ability to troubleshoot problem in structured and methodical way.

DotNet (Kode : AGIT – DOTNET)
Role and Responsibility
Develop The DotNet Code using designated product technology architecture and Framework

Minimum Requirement
-Minimum S1 degree preferably from IT Engineering or related technical discipline
-Have an experience to develop Application use a structured application development methodology

Knowledge’s, Skills and Abilities
-Having Knowledge in Windows mobile programming
-Having Knowledge using C# & ASP.Net (desktop & web based)
-Should be well versed with Data Structure & Algorithms, Multithreading and optimization Techniques
-Have capabilities to develop the core module/ component, and have experience in one or more complete life cycle module
-Understanding of software development lifecycle and exposure structured application development Methodology
-Have knowledge in Database design

Interpersonal and Communication skill
-Creative, accurate, fast learner, independent and team worker
-Have strong analyzing and solving problem skill
-Willing to work under pressure

Helpdesk Analyst (Kode : AGIT – HA)
-Accept and response to end-users service requests
•To register IT problem to Helpdesk’s tool
•Determine priority problem
•Resolve problem when well-to-do
-Problem escalation of service requests assigned to 2nd level of support.
-Monitor & follow up all status of outstanding problem
-Announcement a maintenance activity, potential problem and problem which have major impact.

Qualifications :
Minimal Requirement
-Have A Diploma‘s degree in information technology or related field.
-Have experience 1+ year in Information.

Knowledge’s, Skills and Abilities
-Have IT Skill (SAP, Windows, PC, Office, Internet, Anti Virus)
-Have ability to communication in English (minimal passive)

Interpersonal and Communication skill
-Have a good communication skill in oral and writing.
-Have a good interpersonal skill.
-Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service with strong attention to detail
-Have an ability to work on own initiative and priorities own work.
-Have a high level of pride in own work.

Performing all of applicable testing types (user interface testing, functionality testing, performance testing, regression testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, etc

General Requirements :
-Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer science, Electrical  Engineering
-Have an understanding about process flow
-Experienced with Application development methods
-Knowledge of Application Testing Methodology
-Good communication, analytical and software design skills
-Ability to work as a good team player or individually and willing to work under pressure
