Marcom Manager
Responsibilities
•Do branding of Story-1 with other parties efficiently
•Manage overall marketing communications activities.
•Do social media activities creating loyalty and branding activities.
•Create and manage scalable loyalty membership program
•Manage & organize web pages (script writer)
Requirements
•Female 23-27 years
•Education : S1 from a reputable university majoring in management/Public Relation/Mass Communication / Commerce
•Has excellent customer service spirit
•Has active and dynamic personality
•Familiar with internet world , mailing list, social media , community online
•Has experience with the same position at least 1 year
•Has extensive network in internet, online community, mailing list, and corporates: banks, insurance , radio, dan tv
•Has writing ability is an advantage.
•Has excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English mastery
Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Help Create Standard Operating procedure of the company and update it when necessary.
Generate customized details reports of sales, margin, stock, per branch, per product line, persales besides other needed customized reports. Raw data is provided.
Help create “dashboard” with specific KPI for Board of directors.
Requirements:
Female, 23-27 years
S1 from reputable university majoring in MIS or accounting, preferably with double degree (MIS and accounting).
Smart, creative and fast thinker and fast in execution.
Has at least 2 years of working experience in similar position.
RETAIL MANAGER
Job descriptions:
– Analyze sales record, identify issue or problem & find solutions
– Meet the revenue goals, minimize the costs & maintain healthy inventory
– Ensure all operational procedures & regulations are met throughout the area
– Liaise with merchandising team regarding supply of stock
– Suggest marketing strategy to increase number of customers
– Effectively manage performance & development of store managers
Requirements:
– Maximum age 27 yo, male preferred
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major
– Have experience in retail industry minimum 2 years
– Creative, proactive & have strong analytical skill
– Loyal, honest, both team player & able to work independently
– Highly motivated, strong leadership & attention to detail
– Familiar with Ms Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
– Fluent in English
