Data Modeler
Descriptions:
The Data Modeler will be responsible for designing, implementing and administering related to data modeling. This individual is also responsible for planning, leading/collaboration with internal and external teams. The role will require working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in the fields of computer science, statistics, or operations research. ? Experience with Database Development and Management (MS SQL/MySQL or other SQL DBMS)
-Can work with MS Office Apps (EXCEL, VISIO, WORD)
-Experience with MS Office programming (VBs, Macro, etc.), is a plus.
-Understanding of data modeling techniques, theories, principles, and practices.
-Understand OOP Programming (C#, C++, Java, etc.).
-Knowledge of operational and analytical logical design techniques is a plus. Knowledge of metadata management techniques and tools is a plus.
Technical Support Manager
Responsibilities:
-Identifying potential technical or business obstacles and suggesting solutions
-Providing updates on Technosoft’ strategic and product roadmaps to internal team as well as to customers.
-Conducting quarterly site visits to Customers and delivering quarterly reviews that summarize support issue trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Technosoft product line
-Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Technosoft Product Management teams based on customer requirements
-Function as a front-line technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
-Provide timely report to internal management and external client
-Maintain Support Level Agreement for customer
Requirements:
-At least 5+ year’s experience in customer-facing positions in support, technical account manager, or support engineer role
-Experience with modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on software and hardware architecture, infrastructure design and development and Windows.
-Knowledge of C# and Microsoft Dynamics AX/CRM preferred
-Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
-Flexible to be on-call via a company provided mobile device to respond to high-severity customer issues during non-standard business hours
-Ability to manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements
-Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands
-Ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels of people including CxO
-Excellent knowledge in business process and financial literate
