IT Infrastructure Staff
Qualification :
– Hold minimum a Diploma Degree of Computer Science / Information Engineering / Information System
– Ability to meet deadlines and work underpressure
– Want to learn about new things and the latest technology
– Network Technology (Router Microtic, Linux, Wireless, Bandwidth Controller, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP,
DNS)
– Understanding Network Concept and Security
– Troubleshoot and Network Installation, Windows, Linux
– Can operate Ms Office and Virtual Machine Environment (Vmware / Citrix Xen Server)
– Well Organized person
Job Responsibilities :
– Support IT Operational successfully
– Hardware Installation (server, workstation) and software system
– Monitor and hardware maintenance computer, laptop, CCTV, PAXBX, server and troubleshoot network
for LAN, WAN, and security
– Backup server and network configure
Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Qualification :
– Bachelor degree in Accounting/Tax/Finance with minimum GPA of 3.00
– Minimum 5 years experience in finance, accounting and tax function
– Minimum 2 years experience as finance and accounting supervisor
– Having experience in insurance industry will be preferred
– Excellent understanding of accounting and tax transaction
– Good organizational skills, Good communication skills and and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities :
– Responsible for all internal controls, finance, accounting, tax and reporting
– Responsible for budgeting and monitoring company expenses
– Manage cash flow management, banking activities, treasury and financial matters
– Prepare Financial Statements (Financial, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow), including monthly and year-end closing report
IT Business Analyst
Requirement
– S1 Computer Science or Information Technology
– Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field (Asuransi Jiwa & Kesehatan)
– Required Mandatory skills: Background IT Business Analyst (BA)
– Understanding of IT SDLC processes
– Minimum understanding in SQL and programming logic
– Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
– Good analytical and logical thinking skills
– Strong ownership and team spirit
– Good collaboration skills to work with cross function teams

– Manage Requirement (Project Request, Change Request, Service Request).
– Assess all client business processes.
– Business process analyzes and documents the business requirements from the business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system specifications.
– Identifies areas for improvement/enhancement on existing systems to support different initiatives of the company.
– Program Quality Control Test to make sure the program work according to business needs.
– Identifies all possible test scenario and prepare the test plan for the systems under development.
– Prepare and documents BRD (Business Requirement Document), Testing Scenario & UAT (User Acceptance Test) with user.
