QA Lead/Manager

Job Brief
– Our clients are software/internet lead software companies mainly come from US, and our offices base in Seattle, Beijing and Jakarta. Looking for Quality Assurance (QA) [Lead/Manager] to ensure that all internal and external requirement are met before the product reaches our customers.
– QA engineer[Lead/Manager] responsibilities must have a solid experience in Quality Control, reliable and competent professional to achieve the goal high quality of our operations and service to the long-term success of the business.

Responsibilities
– Manage a team of QA engineers daily base
– Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
– Responsible for the final delivery result
– Work with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and the development team to understand the business and technical requirements of applications
– Experience in JIRA/bug management tools
– Provide guidance/mentoring to QA engineers
– Design test plan,  develop test case and execute feature test, integration tests, and user-acceptance tests
– Set up and maintain test environments and test infrastructure
– Recommend testing tools based on team needs
– Coordinate QA efforts between squads within the organisation

Requirements
– Able to speak and write in English
– Minimum experience 5 year in QA Field and 1 year in lead/manager role
– Proven experience as a quality assurance lead/manager or relevant role
– Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
– Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
– Outstanding communication skills
– Solid project management skills
– Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
– Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
– Reliable and Trustworthy
– BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
