PT. People Intelligence Indonesia is seeking an aggressive, self-motivated Implementation Consultant to join our Implementation Team. The Implementation Consultant will manage the implementation process for an assigned client list, working directly with clients to identify, prioritize and manage strategic needs for an efficient and effective implementation.
1.: Implementation Consultant
Job Description :
-Oversee, Coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
-Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations.
-Assure client satisfaction.
-Train the client through key product learning milestone for effective application usage.
-Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new work-flow plans.
-Manage client relationship during the implementation process.
-Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with client.
-Support sales teleconference in hand-off of new client.
-Ensure implementation milestones are met on time.
-Coordinate data conversion, interface, and other timeline and expectations.
-Hand off to Client Support when client has successfully completed process.
Qualification :
-Age between 22 – 30 years old
-Good in English is a MUST
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
-Implementation of Web-based systems preferred.
-Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems preferred
-Strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Internet Explorer, Excel, power.
-Ability to lead a client successfully through technical processes.
-Ability to manage and fulfill client expectations.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus.
-Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally.
-Personal track record of being thorough, courteous and responsive in customer service.
-Ability to communicate with various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
-Self-starter, with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency
2.Business Development Officer
Job Description
-Build and retain network of customers
-Prospect potential customers from canvassing and personal networking
-Meet with prospects to understand their needs, give a demo of GreatDayHR, and ultimately offer GreatDayHR as a solution for their HRIS mobile application
-Reach daily goals of lead generation and demo appointments
-Meet and exceed monthly sales target
-Have a solid understanding of GreatDayHR’s product and features
-Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team

-BA/BS degree ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics or Communications. Other degree welcome to apply

3.Full Stack Developer
Responsibilities
-Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
-Design client-side and server-side architecture
-Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
-Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
-Write effective APIs
-Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
-Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
-Create security and data protection settings
-Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
-Write technical documentation
-Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
-Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
-Familiarity with common stacks
-Required Skill(s): ionic, node js (loopback), angular js
-Knowledge of Human Resource Information System is preferred
