-Master’s Degree or Post Graduate majoring in Psychology, Business & Management, or Organizational Management with specialization in Human Resources
-Min. 1-year working experience in people development field (coaching, mentoring, training, and certification
-Enjoy reading journals and doing research
-Ability to develop and presenting product proposals
-Ability to communicate in English fluently, both oral and written
-A good communicator and proven ability to work as a team
-Excellent comprehension in People and Services industry and solutions
-Ability to plan, develop, and monitor product knowledge

4.Project Operation

Requirement:
-Male with a maximum age of 30 years old
-Bachelor Degree from Any Major
-Able to operate Microsoft Office, preferably good in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
-Able to create and design report after a program with beautiful graphics and strong analysis
-Has experience of managing project from end to end
-Able to speak and write English fluently
-Has a desire to keep learning
-Able to work in a team and has an excellent communication ability
-Enjoy working outside of the office (on-site)
-Energetic, passionate, and have a high enthusiasm

5.Branding and Marketing Staff

Responsibilities:
-Execute the approved marketing events and sponsorships plan accordingly
-Monitor and evaluate direct promotions results
-Analyze the result of each brand activation, provide event report and recommendations
-Co-ordinate Event Organizers and monitor its execution
-Ensure sponsorship cost based on the proposal is within the approved budget
Job Qualification:
-Bachelor or Master’s degree from any discipline but preferably marketing
-Min. 1-year experience in B2B services industry is a plus
-Fluent in English both oral and written

Requirement:
-Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar role
-In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping
-Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
-Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
-Proficiency in accounting software
-Solid analytical and decision-making skills
-Leadership abilities
-Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
-Master Degree or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
