1.Pega Developer
In order to further develop the existing and new products and services, Dynamic Credit is looking for Pega Developer. As a member of the IT development team and broader product development team, the main responsibilities will be to develop BPM solutions as part of multiple agile development projects.
Responsibilities of the role are:
-Working with the technical and business team to develop high quality deliverables across all project phases, from participating in the requirements, design and build phases to user acceptance testing.
-Provide technical training and user support to technical and business groups.
-Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
-Contribute to the overall system architecture across the technology stack.
Requirements:
-Experience with Pega Implementation Methodology / Agile development.
-Certified Pega System Architect or 1+ years PRPC
-Database SQL query optimization and integration.
-UI development experience.
-Experience with SOAP/REST web service integration.
-Involvement in all the phases of the PRPC project development.
-Experience in generating and maintaining business process documentation.
-Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Desired Qualifications:
-Experience using and deploying to Application Servers like tomcat, websphere, etc.
-Experience in J2EE / .Net
-Experience with third party payment gateway or API in Banking integration
-Experience in Alibaba/Azure cloud
-Integration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sharepoint.
-Financial industry experience preferable.
2.Information/Business Analyst
In order to further develop the existing and new products and services, Dynamic Credit is looking for an experienced information/business analyst. As a member of the IT development team and broader product development team, the main responsibilities will be information/business analysis on multiple agile development projects.
Responsibilities of the role are:
-Define specifications and business analysis requirements
-Data Analysis to draw insights and refine business requirements
-Perform quality assurance and user acceptance tests
-Help design, document and maintain system processes
-Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
-Analyse user behaviour and provide insights on how to design products to better fit the needs of the user
-Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
Requirements:
-Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and clear and concise communication.
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
-Attention to detail and focus on quality.
-Previous work experience in Information / Business Analysis.
-Experience in generating and maintaining business process documentation.
-Data modeling and UML experience.
-Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
-Writing SQL queries to analyze and retrieve data is a plus.

3.Agile Tester
Data-driven decision making and analytics are at the core of Dynamic Credit’s fast growing
business. The agile tester is a member of one of the agile software development teams and
participates in all phases of development. The software development teams work on highly
scalable internal and SaaS applications based on the Microsoft technology stack.
Dynamic Credit is looking for candidates who embrace change, collaborate well with both
business and development, and understand the concept of using tests to document requirements
and drive development. Candidates need to understand business processes from the perspective
of stakeholders as well as technical constraints and implementation details that the development
team faces.

Responsibilities of the role include

-Develop and maintain an agile Test Strategy that defines actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures to satisfy the user, safeguard quality and validate/verify the requirements
-Coordinate test environment setup and maintenance
-Conduct test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality
-Creation and execution of manual test cases
-Creation and execution of automated test cases
-Perform Integration Testing between application and external application/data sources
-Identify/work with development/analysts on the creation of test data needed for execution
-Resolve defects with the team and prevent their reoccurrence
Requirements:
