-Understanding about many types of writing. Including hard news, soft news/feature, copywriting, creative writing, etc
-Good English/Bahasa Indonesia writing skill
-Good relationship with a lot of community is preferable
-Journalistic background is a plus
-Social media savvy (have interested social media account that represent good picture, copywriting, etc)
-Expertise in social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
