1.Accounting Staff
Job Description :
-Establish and maintain cash controls
-Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
-Monitor cash reserves and investments
-Prepare and reconcile bank statements
-Maintain the purchase order system
-Ensure data is entered into the system
-Issue cheques for all accounts due
-Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Prepare income statements
-Prepare balance sheets
-Process invoice
Requirements:
-Female age Max 30 years old
-Min Bachelor Degrees (S1) Accounting from reputable University, GPA 3.00.
-Fresh graduate or have 2 years experience is advantage
-Familiar with computer application (minimum MS-Offices)
-Good knowledge accurate system and e-SPT is advantage
-Independent, Strong Analytical, Good in Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Skill, Mature, Able to work in team and individual,
-Able To Work Underpressure, detail, Target Oriented and Creative.
-Abilty to speak Mandarin is advantage
-Will be placed in BSD – City Tangerang
