1. Purchasing & Inventory Management
-Assist in purchasing, stock analysisi, flow of trading goods & inventory accounting
-Req: Experienced with google Spreadsheet/Ms. Excel
-Open to all faculty
2. Store Management & Operational Excellence
-Assist with store operations, performance analytics, customer service, exploring new business tools & building/redesgning business processes
-Req: Experienced with google Spreadsheet/Ms. EXcel and other G-Suite products
-Open to all faculty
3.Business DEvelopment & Marketing’
-Assist with customer-facing marekting campaigns and vendor acquisition/relations; includs promo materials design & copywriting
-Req: Sales & event organisation experience, knowladge of digital marketing (e.g.IG Ads, influencer engagement, principles of SEO , etc)
-Opeb to all faculty
4. Finance, Accounting, Tax (FAT)
-Assist CFO in managing FAT of several companies
-Req: 1-2 year experience in related position & can operate indepenently
-Note : WIll need to travel to other cities
-Accounting students only
5.Graphic Design
-Photography, videography, photo editing, video editing, motion graphic, animation, ilustrator, some copywriting
-Req: Experienced with at least some of the following software : ilustrator, Photoshop,InDesign, Adobe Premiere & After Effects
-Note : Need to submit portofolio in application
-Open to all faculty
General Requirements :
-Good with numbers, strong attention to detail
-Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-Fast learner, willing to learn new things outside job scope/academic scope
-Willing to help other team members in defferent functions, whenever required
