1.IT Support – Jakarta Based

Responsibilities:
-Maintain POS Application
-Maintain Accounting Application
-Maintain Push – Pull database from all branch
-Database System Backup
-Database administration
-Upload data into the database
-Upload data into client database
-Troubleshoot the POS Application
-Maintaining the Networks, Installation and Operate Mikrotik (via Winbox) eg VPN, Routing, Basic Firewall, Quality of Service (Simple), Managing of Wireless in Head Office, Warehouse and Stores
-Support the reporting request via SQL Query and deploy via Macro Excel or New Application
-Monitoring the daily or monthly sales data that was transferred to Head Office correctly
Requirements:
-Male
-Single
-Age between 23 – 27 years old
-Education min D3 majoring in Information System, Computer Engineering, IT Software
-Minimum experience 1 year
-Experience in retail industry is a must
-Having knowledge of Computer literate, Microsoft Excel, MY SQL, SQL Server, Mikrotik
-Know how to do computer troubleshooting
-Good communication skill, adaptable
-Able to work in a team & handle pressure
-Willing to travel and willing to work on the weekend (based on request)
