1.Programmer
The Job :
-Joining our programmer team, plays critical role in establishing credibility and confidence with Bajau’s prospective clients by demonstrating and proving value through its products, technologies and thought leadership. General Programming Skills, Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Algorithm Design, Apps Performance Tuning, Attention to Detail, Apps Design, Apps Debugging, Apps Development Fundamentals, Documentation, Testing
Principal Responsibilities:
-Present the value proposition, product demos and presentations to prospects, articulating the product’s business and technical values to customers
-Develop demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as necessary
-Present vision, strategy and product roadmaps to executives and technical management
Requirements
-3+ years experience in technology related work, including roles in pre-sales and/or customer-facing consulting activities
-Background in distributed computing; must understand and be comfortable with: JAVA, PHP, JMS, JNDI, WSDL, ASMX, WCF, LDAP, SOA, AJAX
-Understanding of REST. Have you read Fielding’s dissertation?
-Knowledge of the Telco space – IMS, SMSC, SDP etc.
•Understanding of OAuth – what it is and why it was created
-Good hands-on development experience with Java and good background on other languages like JavaScript, Python, PHP and other API related technologies Exposure to cloud technologies such as Apache Cassandra and AWS and mobile app development including Android and iOS SDKs
-Experience building and delivering proofs of concept (PoCs) independently and effectively The ability to lead architecture discussions around deployment topologies, scaling & performance & sizing
-High proficiency in written & verbal communication skills and presentation skills Experience with customer-facing activities and influencing key decision makers The ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours with prospects in different geographies & time zones and with a distributed team

2.Java Developer
Responsibilities:
-Creates user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.
Job Duties:
-Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
-Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
-Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
-Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
-Creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools.
-Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
-Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

3.Account Executive
The Job:
-The Sales Account Executive focuses on business prospecting on a daily basis and, in conjunction with well-defined and targeted marketing campaigns, will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business challenges.
-Principal Responsibilities:
-Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
-Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs
-Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
-Attend external meetings with clients to qualify projects and opportunities
-Close and managing on-going business
-Provide written documentation (proposals) to support the recommendation and benefits of implementing technology
Requirements
-Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with sales prospecting or business – development experience at executive level
-A determined, outgoing & competitive attitude with a flair for sales
-Ability to work under own initiative and with colleagues to achieve goals to deadline
-Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator with a confident, approachable – and professional manner
