Position :
Personal Assistant/Secretary

Qualifications & Job Requirements
-Female aged between 20 – 25 years of age, send with recent photo. (Preferably Attractive).
-Has an educational background in Accounting will be a priority.
-Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes, e-mails, parcels, and hand delivered
-Managing the principal’s electronic diary and booking meetings.
-Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries for Director.
-Taking dictation and writing minutes meeting.
-Planning, organizing and managing events.
-Managing a budget and attending events/meetings as the Director’s representative.
-Conducting research on the internet (computer literate and familiar with technology/gadgets).
-Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
-Preparing presentations, and preparing papers for meetings.
-Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
-Excellent and able to communicate in English Language.
-Has a positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent.
-Willing to be located in West Jakarta working region.
