Hariom’s is a tailoring company that has been established since 1937 and specializing in the making of custom-made suits, shirts, winter garments and batik’s. We are currently looking for energetic, focused and goal driven WOMEN to work in our retail store in Jakarta Pusat.
Customer Service
Job Description:
•Maintain relationship with existing customers
•Follow up on orders that has been delivered
•Send out greeting cards, birthday cards and thank you cards on a monthly basis
•Inform customers of new promotions available instore
•Maintain and update customer database
•Follow up on customer enquiries and hot leads
•Work with sales staff to improve communication with the customers
•Assist in monitoring shipments, payments and complaints
•Complaints must be filled and dealt with in an appropriate manner.
•Assist store manager in daily activities when needed
Requirements:
•ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
•Female age between 23-30
•Minimum Diploma in any field
•Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field
•Well verse in the use of Microsoft office applications
•Goal Driven, Loyal, Energetic, Team Oriented
•Willing to work in the weekends
•Willing to work in JAKARTA PUSAT area.
Personal Assistant to Store Manager
Job Description:
•Prepare Store Profitability report
•Review, sorting and filing bills and invoices
•Verify payments to suppliers, production
•Verify quantity of Incoming Inventory according to the bill. Liaise with Stock Coordinator & Controller
•Assist in preparing Giro and Cheques for bills payable
•Keep Track of bills payable and maintain stock control sheet ( a document used to track the volume of incoming goods on a monthly basis)
•Assist in preparing Giro and Cheques for bills payable
•Assist Store manager with daily activities of the store
Requirements:
