It’s engaged in development of satellite cities, which comprise of acquisition and development of land, construction of infrastructure and buildings such as house, condominium, shopping center, sports club, traditional market and other business activities of a real estate company. Along with the company business development, we need young professionals for these following positions:
1.Accounting Staff – AK
•Responsible in composing financial statements as registering and grouping data.
•Having good communication and thorough.
•Bachelor in Accounting. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.
•Fresh graduates / 1years experience in property accounting.
2.Collection Officer – CL
•Responsible in contacting consumers regarding to collection activities.
•Good communication and thorough.
•Bachelor in Finance/Accounting. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.
•Having 1-2 years experience in related position would be advantage.
3.Secretary
•Answering telephone calls, arranging appointments and maintaining diaries
•Organizing and servicing meetings
•Handling correspondence
•Implementing procedures and administrative systems
•Coordinating mails and similar publicity tasks
•Max.35 years old ; GPA Min 2.75(D3/S1)
•D3/S1 English or D3 Secretary
•Min.1 year working experiences in related field
•Willing to be located in all over our business unit
4.Tax Staff
•Responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records related to Tax
•Ensure company policies are met with local Tax Regulations, monitor Tax Payment and Submission, Reconciliation & Equalization and others Tax Related task
•Maintain physical filing of Tax Documents safe guard for its completeness.
•Having Brevet certificate A-B, able in accounting is preferably.
•Bachelor of Accounting, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00.
•Max. age 35 years old. Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in tax.
•Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan
5.Skating School Staff
•Supporting marketing event related to ice skating program.
•Handling promotion to public, school, and organizations.
•Having good communication and persuasive skills.
•Bachelor in any major. Min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max. age 30 years old.
•Having 2 years experience in marketing/customer service would be advantage.
•Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan
6.Event & Promotion Staff
•To do and/organize event preparation to meet the timeline
•To recommend and/or source event necessity suppliers/contractors
•Able to create concepts(ideas) in a creative and interesting for promotion
•Able to promote project, master promotion material, and cordinate with event organizer or agent
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
•Computer literate (Ms. Office)
•Innovative, creative, and high motivated
