We are from Phillip Capital Group Singapore & Member of Indonesia Stock Exchange seeking for young highly motivated candidates to fill the following positions:
APPLICATION DEVELOPER
-Min Diploma degree majoring Computer Science / InformationTechnology or any equivalent field of study
-Experience in developing applications, handling from design toimplementation phase
-Have a good understanding in OOP concept
-Mastering C# language
-Familiar with JAVA, socket and Web services.
-Initiative and willing to work long hours.
-Good command in English, spoken and written
BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE
-Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
-Min 2 – 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in related field.Must have a proven track record of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-Requires the ability to quickly grasp a strong knowledge of the overall business and act as an information resource to external contacts.
-Exceptional organization and time management skills – able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet changing deadlines and requests, while strategically thinking ahead.
-Ability to work very well independently, and able to disseminate information clearly and concisely.
-Planning and organizing, stress tolerance, problem analysis and problem-solving, persuasiveness, adaptability, decision-making.
-Formal presentation skills.
-Required to travel throughout Indonesia and occasionally work on weekends during events and road shows.
