Job Descriptions:
-Perform IT general control.
-Identify and assess IT process controls.
-Perform compliance testing.
-Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulation all correctly followed and complied with.
-Preparing IT Audit reports.

Job Specifications:
-Age between 21 – 27 years old.
-Candidate must process from Bachelor Degree, (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply with GPA minimum 3.00).
-Having background in Information Technology field, advantage if having 2 years experience in IT Audit.
-Having knowledge in IT Function.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Home based: Jakarta.

2. Assistant Secretary To Board of Directors

Job Description:
-Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations.
-Setup and coordinate meetings, conferences and functions.
-Organize and prepare travel arrangement and other personal needs.
-Compose, transcribe, type, and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, and report.
-Perform general clerical duties and maintain filling systems.
-Possess good etiquette and an innate knowledge of proper protocols in managing the wide array of responsibilities.
-Highest regard and appreciation of the sensitivities that comes with exposure to confidential information.

Job Specifications:
-Maximum age 30 years old.
-Candidate must process at least a Diploma degree (preferably majoring Secretary academy form a reputable university)
-Having min 3 years of working experience in related field.
-Able to handle competing priorities to successfully meet deadlines and objectives.
-Able to respond quickly and positively to all situations with poise and efficiency.
-Able to work independently and have good discretionary skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Computer Literate.
