PT. Epsindo Prima Solusi is seeking a high-energy Account Manager with a great track record of winning and influencing business in a large company. As an Business Manager, you lead the business development and revenue growth with strategic actions and mutual relationships in your account.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree required. A master degree is a plus
-5+ years of experience in sales or business development in a large account
-Age below 35 years
-Excellent communication and presentation skill both written, spoken and visual
-A self-starter, working with minimal direction, logical and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
-Following up on leads and winning new clients.
-Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
-Implement strong methodology for forecasting revenue and manage and track your pipelines.
-Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
-Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
-Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
-Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

2.Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Providing ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the sales team.
-Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
-Notifying customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitating suitable interventions.
-Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
-Reporting to sales managers as required.
-Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities.
-Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.

3.Solution Architect.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
-Master degree (S2) is a plus.
-Maximum age 30 years old.
-5+ years of experience
-Proven background in system management, network management, storage management, system orchestration, job scheduling, container docker, Kubernetes, devops, etc.
-Prior software, solutions development background and proven ability to demonstrate complex technology
-Ability to handle multiple projects and constituents and prioritize under tight deadlines
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written, spoken, and visual
-Deep understanding of datacenter design including compute, storage and networking
-Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
-Previous project management experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
-Building and integrating information systems to meet the customer’s needs.
-Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
-Work with a number of teams and individuals (e.g. global account managers, partner business managers, solutions architects, data scientists, etc.) to assist partners
4.Linux System Engineer .
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or related work experience
-Fresh graduate are welcome
-Quick learner, innovative, team player
-Have hands-on experience with at least one of the listed Linux systems: RedHat, CentOS, Debian and/or Ubuntu
-Have experience within GNU/Linux systems and network
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
-Familiarity with containers and container platforms (e.g. Docker )
5.IT Account Executive (Fresh Graduate)
