1.Telesales / Inside Sales
Requirement:
-High School Diploma / Diploma, Bachelor will be plus
-Good and Positive Attitude
-Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
-Fluent communication over the phone
-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
-Excellent knowledge of English and Indonesian
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
2.Channel Manager
Requirement:
-Fresh Graduate / High School Diploma, Bachelor will be plus
-Good and Positive Attitude
-Have knowledge about IT Products
-Have excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
-Have excellent negotiations and closing skills
-Be target or goal driven, a good listener, self-motivated, very professional and presentable
-Have a robust personality, good objection handling skills, good understanding of people and how to position offerings to them, high degree of confidence, without being arrogant
-Have the ability to close deals; i.e. a proven track record with a high close rate
-Ready to travelling
3.Technical Network Engineer
Requirement:
-Have Bachelor Degree (Fresh Graduate / SMK are welcome to apply)
-Good and Positive Attitude
-Having professional Certification would be advantage (Such as: MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA or CCNP or WCSP etc)
-Having experience on Network Infrastructure or Network Security Implementation would be advantage
-Experience as Network Engineer at least 2 years
-Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
-Ability to Work alone or as a team
-Ready to travelling
