ERP Consultant, Search Engine Optimizer, Email System Engineer, Web Designer and Inside Sales ? with qualifications as follow :
1.ERP Consultant – NetSuite
We are seeking an ERP Consultant with NetSuite configuration and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate must have excellent functional knowledge of NetSuite core modules, and would have managed multiple implementations both from both the Business, and IT side.
Responsibilities
-Lead the NetSuite implementation across all functional groups (Finance, Accounting, Sales,Marketing, eCommerce, Fulfillment, etc..) coordinate with IT, and NetSuite consultants for the successful implementation of the core modules.
-Use project management expertise to ensure task completion and deadlines are met.
-Analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems, and lead the execution of projects to successful completion.
-Provides business and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, increase efficiency and meets business and user requirements.
-Provides consultation to functional users in the area of automated systems, and leads cross-functional teams to address business/systems issues and projects.
-Roll out training of users.
-Presales demo setup and functional consultation
Skills and Experience
-Strong Project Management and Business Analysis background
-In depth Knowledge of implementing Netsuite
-Strong change management expertise
-Strong stakeholder management experience
2.SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
Requirements :
-male or female
-someone who know how to make websites
-strong analytical mind
-have a strong keyword mapping
-can communicate well and able to analyse what the reader wants
-have general understanding of web development, web design, HTML coding, CSS
-understand programming language such as PHP or Javascript
Skills and Experiences :
-Expert in HTML coding (have the background and experience)
-able to operate adobe dreamweaver
-familiar with tools such as google analytics and google webmaster tool
-knowledge about google adwords advertising is a plus
-having a technical background (IT, INFORMATION SYSTEM)
-able to deliver search engine friendly website design
-understand the written word and keyword mapping.
3.EMAIL SYSTEM ENGINEER
Requirements :
-Gmail user and is up to date on the latest Google Apps/ Postini offerings
-Already has or is confident of attaining the ? Google Apps Deployment Specialist Certification
-with prior system set up and administrator experience with Microsoft exchange. Lotus notes experience is a bonus
-Posses degree in Computer Science/Engineering
-A good communicator and team player
-Have a good presentation skills
-Able to effectively gather client requirements and translate them into implementation plans
-Have at least 1-2 years relevant working experience with Google Apps
-has desktop support, Outlook support experience, or Exchange management experience
Job description:
-Analysis of client email and collaboration needs
-Proposal of best Google Apps Solutions and implementation plans
-Lead implementation team in execution of projects involving customer migration to Google Apps
-Trouble shooting and support for Google Apps clients
4.WEB DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
-Understand and document web design requirements from customers
-Create mock-ups and images following project requirements
-Design website layouts and user interfaces
-Graphic Design of icons, images banners etc
-Slicing of web page designs
-Front end development work
Requirements:
-Prior experience as web designer
-Prior experience with ecommerce design is a bonus
-HTML
-HTML 5
-CSS
-Libraries such as BootStrap Framework
-Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
-Plus if there is knowledge of Javascript
5.INSIDE SALES
Responsibility :
-Conduct Telemarketing to targeted prospects
-Compile call report and result
-Prepare Sales related documents (Quotations, Proposal, etc)
-Conduct online marketing through social media, web community, etc
-Maintain and update customer database
-Follow up and close very small business leads
Requirements :
-Female, 22 – 26 years old, with Diploma or Bachelor Degree, preferably from marketing concentration
-have a great interpersonal skill
-Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

-Should have good writing & communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
-Should have good attitude and teamwork
-Should have a high standard of computer literacy
