Job Description:
-Mainly support business development team in daily activities such as: Making calls to approach potential customers (individuals companies…), understandingtheir training needs, presenting our training courses and convince them to register, emailing our training solutions to clients and follow–up, collecting database for client+trainer+competitor.
-Keep learning and acknowledge company products.
-Reporting to Business Development Executives.
-Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
-No experiences are required (Fresh graduates / third yearor final year) are encouraged to apply.
-Strong passion in sales, eager to work with people, interest in the field of HR (training anddevelopment) and education is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (above average in speakingand writing)
-Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, likes challenges, high level of perseverance and
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work in a team.
-Microsoft office proficiency (Word, PPT, Excel) and internet for general purpose.
