1. Trainee – Linux System Engineer (subject “AM-Platech”)
Provide services to customer and be responsible of the system using open source solution and linux solution which are
used in Data Center, Server, Storage, Network, OS, Email System, etc.
-Proactive and positive personality
-Quick to learn, and eager in IT, especially Open Source
-Can work well in a team
-Can communicate well and do a good presentation
Requirement :

-Fresh graduate from vocational Highschool Majoring in Information Technology/ Computer/Software/Electronic
-Student of Diploma (03) or Bachelors degree preferably in Information Technology/ Compute/Software/Electronic
-Preferably able to do regular office working hours from Monday – Friday, 08.00 AM – 05.00 PM
-passionate in learning new technology
-passionate in Linux

2.Software Developer (subject “SD”)
-Identify and document customers’ requirements, analyse and resolve with strategic solutions
-Installations, development, implementation, training, testing and support
-Provide application / technical assistance during the implementation
-Accountability for project delivery from requirements gathering, development, UAT, and implementation
-Strict adherence to process and documentation
-Complete all required project documentation for submission to clients as required
-Manage client expectation on project delivery and product capabilities
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in IT
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
-Passionate in learning new technology
-Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skill.
-Able to communicate proficient in English
-Ability to execute rigorous documentation requirements.
-Willing to travel and work anywhere
-Able to work and research independently
-Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines
-Self-motivated, positive-attitude, hardworking, willing to learn, excellent team-player
-Strong computer skills in HTML + CSS + Java Script + My SQL
-Familiar with Python is a plus point

3.Senior Database Engineer (subject “Senior DBE”)
The database administrator will be part of a team of long-term and short-term Professionals. the database administrator will support new and/or existing applications software ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures. this specialist will provide support for the system user.
Specific responsibilities and tasks:
-Provide database support services at all times to ensure continuous system availability.
-Assist in design, development and implementation of database systems.
-Performs database upgrades and migrations to support IT projects.
-Optimize database systems for performance and operational efficiency.
-Perform data back -up and archival on regular basis.
-Maintain standard data recovery processes to improve recoverability time.
-Stay Updated on latest developments in database services and technologies.
-Implement security features to protect and secure database systems.
-Respond to queries related to database from customers.
-Test databases and perform bug fixes.
-set user access server, privileges and permissions for database segments.
-Recommend solutions to improve database managements.
-Guide programmers in database design and development.
-Resolve issues related to database design and managements.
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Information System or related field.
-Experience 1 year experienced in related field
-Result -oriented with strong problem -solving abilities.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Experienced using a variety of software and concepts.
-Understand the concept of Relational Database.
-Understand Standard Query Language.
-Understand database design and architecture.
-Understand strategy to tune performance, file distribution, memory management, and tuning SQL statements.
-Install and configure Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, and PostgreSQL.
-Backup and restore database.
-Understand the concept of NoSQL is a plus and preferred.
-Understanding of Big Data knowledge is a plus and preferred.
-Experience with other relational databases (MySQL or Oracle) or NoSQL (Hbase, MongoDB, Riak) would be a plus and preferred.

4.Project Management Officer (subject “PMO”)
-Responsible for leading/overseeing the effective application of PMO processes, as well as providing excellence in execution/delivery of projects on an ongoing, strategic and operational basis, working with varying levels of leadership across Non IT and IT Users.
-Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects to meet technology and business requirements on-time and within budget.
-Manages issues and changes to Project from initiation phase (presales) until closing phase (system go live).
-Serve as a primary day-to-day contact (person in charge) for external clients and sources.
-Track and monitor project progress on regular basis; provide accurate documentation as report to management on regular basis or as requested.
-Schedule internal and external resources and provide all relevant information and materials.
-Manage and communicate expectation clearly to client and resources to ensure that deliverables and deadline are properly met.
-Check project completeness thoroughly before delivery to client.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Information Technology, Information Engineering or equivalent, Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00).
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
-Full-time position(s) available.
-Age maximum 30 years old.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good command in English both verbal and written.
-Excellent MS Power Point, MS Excel, Visio, MS Projects, MS Words skills
-Strong knowledge in Project Management or Strategic Management
-Having certificate or experience, and familiar in Capital Market activities is an advantage
-Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources.
-Expert problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.

5.Human Resources Organizational Development (HROD) (subject “HROD”)
The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, creating, assisting and supporting the execution of Strategic Human Resources Programs and Business Processes & Procedures to provide efficient methods of accomplishing work. This role will base HR processes on the strategies and objectives of the HR department and company. This
individual will collaborate with Human Resource Teams and Subject Matter Experts to develop and effectively implement materials that can be readily adapted across the organization to support performance, leadership
development, engagement, and change management initiatives. Teamwork, process, relationship management and effective communication, as well as attention to detail are critical aspects of this role.
Responsibility:
Collaborate with business leaders and HR Teams to develop resources and procedures that streamline processes, improve execution, and develop talent.
-Ensure that developed procedures are fully understood and implemented.
-Provide support in organization structure review and update in order to ensure organization structure is aligned with organization strategy
-Own all aspects of development program for high potential store leaders, including program design and implementation
-Actively lead in design and delivery of an ongoing performance management and succession planning process; build timelines, engage stakeholders, prepare resources, and ensure team meets key milestones
-Assess organizational needs to determine the overall direction of associate engagement, leadership, communication, and performance initiatives
-Research, identify, and apply best practices to effectively manage HR initiatives and projects
-Responsible for managing and developing human resources (planning, implementation, supervision of human resources and the development of human resources)
-Perform all recruitment process (recruiting, hiring, and preparation of various employment) and synchronize with manpower planning
-Understanding Labor Laws
-Responsible for employee safety and welfare, wellness and health (BPJS, Insurance registration, claims, compliance and benefit)
-Supports, manage, and reviewing company documents specifically relating to an agreement or legal contract and master the creation and review of the agreement as well as monitoring its validity
Qualification:
-High level of integrity and the demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
-Maximum age 30 years old
-Minimal 2 years’ experience in an HR, OD, or Talent Management preferred
-Bachelor degree Resources, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Organizational Development preferred
-Fluent in English is a must
-Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
-Strong writing skills with the ability to translate initiatives into documented, actionable processes.
-Exceptional organization skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work activity based on need, attention to detail, initiative, and follow-up skills
-Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
-Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
-Must be a self-starter who shows initiative, agility, and flexibility
-Must be proficient in MS Office or other Office applications

6.Account Manager – Platform Technology (subject “AM-Platech”)
Responsibility:
-Create new opportunity of product’s and services from new and or existing Customers
-Provide price quotations / estimate and insure that the price is right and meet with client requirement
-Must be able to build and maintain strong professional account relationship and customers satisfaction
-Identify and win new customers through effective new business development and account management
-Be able to manage very high revenue based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies
-Be able to manage 5 – 10 customers. Focus on prospect or projects that can generate revenue by at least 1 Billion.
-Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personel in assigned customer accounts
-Coordinates the involvement of company personel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
-Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
-Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
-Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
-Prepare and Present monthly, Quarter, half year and annual sales report and business plans to Sales Manager as well
-The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma (D3), At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related jobs
-Age 20 – 35 years old
-Have English language skills (write and verbal)
-Strong Communication (Verbal & Writen)
-Required Skill(s): Account Management, Sales and IT Related, Selling Skill, Negotiation skill and Office Application
-Understanding of contract, term and condition, SLA
-Understand basic financial rules, Profit & Lost, COGS, budget
-Understand basic project management, proposal, RFP

7.Account Manager – Bussiness Technology ( subject “AM-Biztech”)
An Account Manager for Business Technology has three primary responsibilities:
-Identifying market and industry to get Leads and Opportunity
-Pitching products and/or service
-Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and do up sell / cross selling
When it comes to generating leads and opportunity, day-to-day duties typically include:
-Researching and find organisations and or industries to identify new leads and potential new markets
-Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
-Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
-Creating and generate sales report and sales pipeline per monthly/quarterly/yearly.
-Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
-Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telemarketing, email, social media, and visit to customer.
When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
-Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
-Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
-Developing quotes and proposals
-Negotiating and renegotiating
-The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
-Develop a personal strategy to achieve sales target and performance
-Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
-Age 25 – 35 years old
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related jobs
-Required Skill(s): Office Application, Sales and Technology Skill (for ERP, BI, Cloud, Analytics products/ solutions)
