1.Linux System Engineer
As a System Engineer you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of ASYX systems and implementing changes to these systems. You will monitor systems and follow up on any deviation from normal operating conditions. You will take corrective action to restore normal operation as soon as possible and analyze the root cause of incidents. Based on this you will propose changes to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future again. You will directly report to the Technical Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
-Monitor and maintain ASYX systems and report deviations from normal operation
-Implement changes to ASYX systems
-Take corrective action to restore normal operation
-Analyze root cause of incidents and propose changes to prevent
-Execute security risk mitigation procedures and promptly follow on any security incidents
Requirements
-You have at least 2 years experience with Linux system management in an enterprise environment.
-You have experience with Redhat Enterprise Linux or comparable Linux distribution
-You have experience with Apache web-server setup, configuration and maintenance
-You have experience with Java application server setup, configuration and maintenance
-You have experience with MySQL setup, configuration and maintenance
-You have experience with AWS concepts and configuration
-Experience with Xen / KVM virtualization is an advantage
-You possess good English speaking and – writing skills
-You are a no-nonsense, hard-working, “get-on-with-the-job” type of person
2.Native Mobile Software Engineer
As a Native Mobile Software Engineer you are responsible for developing and implementing changes to ASYX Native Mobile applications that are part of our solution offering. You will coordinate changes with the Project Manager and Business Analyst and ensure that the changes are implemented according to specification and QA standards. After implementation, test results will be coordinated with Quality Assurance. You will directly report to the Technical Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate specifications of changes with Project Manager
-Develop and implement changes to ASYX Native Mobile applications
-Ensure that implemented changes are according to specification and QA standards
-Coordinate test results with Quality Assurance
Requirements
-You have at least 2 years proven experience in native mobile development for the Android platform
-You have experience in native mobile development for the iOS platform
-You are proficient in React Native and other similar native technologies
-You have experience in developing in a team with segregated responsibilities (e.g. back-end implementation and native mobile implementation)
-You have experience with consuming third-party libraries and APIs
3.Application Support
As an Application Support Engineer, you are responsible for the operation of ASYX applications. You will monitor and maintain applications and follow up on any deviation from normal operating conditions. You will follow up on 2nd line support requests and you will take corrective action to restore normal operation as soon as possible and analyze the root cause of incidents. Based on this you will propose changes to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future again. You will directly report to the Technical Operations Lead.

Requirements
-You have at least 2 years’ experience with application support
-You possess excellent troubleshooting skills and are committed in finding the root-cause of application related incidents
-You have basic knowledge of Linux system administration
-You possess good English speaking and – writing skills
