1.IT Sales
-Strong work ethic and attitude, curious with the IT innovation
-Able to work in team, as well as independent
-Experience in account management for Mid to Large Corporate and/or as Product Manager for IT Solution
-Minimum Bachelor degree with min. 2 years’ experience and able to communicate in English
-Willing to travel (20-30% off the job)
Responsibilities :
-Engaged with targeted customers (all level, incl. C-Level)
-Capable in doing requirement gathering and BANT analysis, and do simple demo
-Capable in analyzing the right solution and brainstorming to suggest a workaround, if needed.
-Able to create and implement sales strategy, as well as manage complex sales process
-Engage with Principal
-Capable in writing proposal and work closely with Solution Sales and Delivery Team
-Manage and carry sales target quota and forecast

2.Senior Presales Consultant
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or other related discipline
-Detailed knowledge of ERP and CRM is a must, knowledge in automotive industry is an advantage
-Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
-Excellent organization skills
-Proven ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure
-Self starter and good listening skills
-Fluency in English essential. Additional fluency in another language would be an advantage

-Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
-Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
-Build custom demonstrations
-Deliver Proof of Concepts (POC)
-Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects
-Support at external and internal customer facing events
-Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor the approval process
-Prepare software order forms (providing feature codes and product information)
-Monitor accurate and correct delivery of software sold
-Be able to position and present Technosoft product offerings
-Compare Technosoft products offering at a technical level with competitive products
-Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
-Liaise with RND teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process
-Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts and the creation of a sales cycle plan
-Assists customer, prospect and Sales Representative to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment)
-Manages hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and Professional Services) for live project implementation

3.Tele – Account Manager
-Female with good personality and Communication skill.
-Minimum D3 in Informatics, Marketing, or Economic
-Experience as tele-sales especially in software or cloud license is a plus
-Have significant exposure to the IT/Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution, Banking and Finance industries
-Fast learner, confident and hardworker
-Capable to communicate in English both verbal and written
-Able to work independently and perform under pressure

-Your main responsibility is to obtain prospect customers through tele-direct sales.
-Offering or introducing software licenses to customers through telephone

4.Dynamics AX Functional – Consultant
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university majoring in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
-At least 3 years working experience in the IT industry as a Consultant/Business Analyst with strong demonstrated consulting and client-facing skills.
-At least 2 years of relevant working experience with Dynamics CRM
-Successfully delivered minimum 2 full cycle of Dynamics AX implementations
-Strong knowledge of Dynamics AX concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Integration etc)
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong oral and written English communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Responsibilities :
-Lead business requirements sessions with clients
-Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and design specifications
-Conduct functional fit/gap analysis between business requirement and product/system
-Create and review functional documentations such as requirements definition, functional specs, design specs, test plan and scripts etc
-Perform Dynamics AX configuration and customization
-Conduct UAT session with clients
-Conduct product training and workshops
-Advise clients on the capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality and custom development
-Monitor and report implementation progress by tracking activity and resolving problems
-Bridge communication between business and technical people
-Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

5.Technical Writer
Main Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Business Analyst, Development, Quality Assurance and Advisory Services Team to produce software documentation requirement.
-Design and develop uniform documentation for all Technosoft products including technical document, SDK, user manuals, procedural guides, administration guides, installation and configuration guides, release notes, courseware, online help systems and customized documentation.
-Review and proofread existing documentations, such as design and functional specifications, to ensure correctness and proper documentation maintenance.
-Initiate the creation of new functional and technical documents when required.
-Proactively manage documentation projects by creating and communicating documentation plans and schedules, tracking and reporting documentation status, working with multiple teams to remove roadblocks and escalate issues when required.
-Maintain technical knowledge based on Dealer Management industry relationships.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from a reputable university majoring in IT, English literature, or Communications or equivalent
-At least 1-2 years working experience in developing and maintaining wide category of documents
-Experience in technical illustrations such as flow diagram and knowledge of any ERP or CRM system will be an added advantage
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to all staff and stakeholders
-Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
