Requirements:

2.Web and Mobile Developer
Responsibilities:
-Develop and create new feature on both web and mobile applications
-Design, develop and code, install and perform testing and debugging for web and mobile applications
-Design and build scalable framework for web and mobile applications

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or  equivalent
-Required skill(s): C#, MVC 4 framework, Javascript, HTML and CSS.

3.`Technical AX

4.Data Modeler
Descriptions:
The Data Modeler will be responsible for designing, implementing and administering related to data modeling. This individual is also responsible for planning, leading/collaboration with internal and external teams. The role will require working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of computer science, statistics, or operations research
-Experience with Database Development and Management (MS SQL/MySQL or other SQL DBMS)
-Experience with MS Office programming (VBs, Macro, etc.) is a plus
-Understanding of data modeling techniques, theories, principles, and practices
-Understand OOP Programming (C#, C++, Java, etc.).
-Knowledge of operational and analytical logical design techniques and metadata management techniques is a plus

5.Support Consultant
Responsibilities:
-Function as 1st line and 2nd line contact for internal and external customer queries
-Monitor and support ongoing applications
-Report, track and resolve incidents and service requests raised
-Maintain Customers Service Level Agreement
-Identifying potential technical or business obstacles and suggesting solutions.
-Provide clear and constructive inputs to Technosoft product team based on Customer feedback.
-Maintain technical knowledge based on Dealer Management industry relationships.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from a reputable institution majoring in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Strong technical knowledge and experience in software development
-Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM / AX Configuration, Customization, Workflow &Integration preferred
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

6.Business Analyst
Responsibilty :
-Ability to develop a clear and detailed plan in Software Production system. Monitors Product Development progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
-Able to deal product features with customer, partner, supervisors, staff and peers
-Able to work multi-task
-Review, investigate and analyses business systems, identifying options for creating and improving business processes
-Gather, analyse and document the business requirements into functional requirements
-Conduct gap analysis between business requirement and system behaviour
-Assists in User Acceptance Test
-Supports training and implementation material, advice in implementation, and provides post-implementation support
-Conduct training for key users, end users and partner
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, Business Management, Industrial Engineering
-Working experience 2-4 years as implementation consultant or business analyst
-Strong analytical preferred instead of technical abilities
-Minimum 2 full cycle of ERP implementation
-Experience in determining customer business requirements and objectives; demonstrated ability to develop application designs to meet those needs
-Good presentation and communication skills
-English both writing and oral is a must

7.Technical Writer
Main Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Business Analyst, Development, Quality Assurance and Advisory Services Team to produce software documentation requirement.
-Design and develop uniform documentation for all Technosoft products including technical document, SDK, user manuals, procedural guides, administration guides, installation and configuration guides, release notes, courseware, online help systems and customized documentation.
-Review and proofread existing documentations, such as design and functional specifications, to ensure correctness and proper documentation maintenance.
-Initiate the creation of new functional and technical documents when required.
-Proactively manage documentation projects by creating and communicating documentation plans and schedules, tracking and reporting documentation status, working with multiple teams to remove roadblocks and escalate issues when required.
-Maintain technical knowledge based on Dealer Management industry relationships.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from a reputable university majoring in IT, English literature, or Communications or equivalent
-At least 1-2 years working experience in developing and maintaining wide category of documents
-Experience in technical illustrations such as flow diagram and knowledge of any ERP or CRM system will be an added advantage
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to all staff and stakeholders
-Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources

8.CRM Techno – Functional Consultant
Job Description :
-Working closely with Dynamics CRM team on gathering requirements, optimizing data flow, implementing, migrating and integrating platforms
-Create documentation required
-Develop working relationships with both back-end developers and management, as well as end-users for training and support
-Expand your skill set through custom ad-ons and exposure to the latest Dynamics CRM upgrades
Required Skills:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): C#, JavaScript and SQL Strong technical knowledge and experience in web-based development using .NET based language.
-Understanding good coding guidelines and how to write standard & reusable code

9.Test Automation Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed; i.e., perform manual static testing.
-Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation.
-Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests.
-Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, and other Development test objects.
-Participate in the Product Planning to identify the quality implications of known bugs and the impact of proposed changes to product definition on the testing process.
-Work with the Release Engineering team to create and maintain an automated nightly build verification test.
-Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
-Research and document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
-Update test execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly-scheduled test status updates.
-Trace test cases and results back to specific quality risks.
-Assist the Test Manager in the creation of test project status reports and metrics (e.g., Test Dashboard).
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experiences in Automation Testing, Software Quality Assurance
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering web services using C#, WCF and has practical knowledge of SOA, worked extensively with XML, XSL and XSD.
-Experience and knowledge of performance optimization, both in C# and SQL Server
-Strong hands-on Microsoft SQL Server skills + SSRS & SSIS
-Exposure of windows Azure (PaaS) is good to have.
-A demonstrable track record in developing and delivering high quality, efficient and optimized business applications or web-based services to tight deadlines
-Experience in using design patterns, Microsoft Enterprise Library, IIS, and TFS, or other similar supporting tools and frameworks
-Proficient in object oriented programming, object oriented design, design patterns, refactoring and unit testing knowledge.
-Experience in creating and executing large scale architectural designs which demonstrate ability to scale to support large numbers of concurrent Users as well as large data volumes.
-Must have experience in design and implementation of testing procedures and hands on experimental code modifications which target latency and throughput improvements within a wide variety of product components.
-Must be highly detail/process-oriented with a strong focus on well-documented, high-quality code

10.Presales Consultan
Responsibility :
-Work closely with the General Manager or Managing Director to provide pre-sales support.
-Effective information gathering, product evaluation and conceptualising, designing and validating technology or architecture to ensure solutions delivered are technically sound and conform to leading edge industry standards
-Conduct high quality pre-sales presentation and demonstration, perform RFP analysis and prepare winning proposals.
-Develop good working relationships with clients, business partners and other units
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or other related discipline
-Minimum 5 years of experience in medium or large scale IT Projects including full lifecycle in application development, business consultancy, pre-sales support or technical architecture
-Experience in any ERP and CRM solutions/package software is a must
-Strong technical skills with current technologies, tools and industry trends
-Excellent interpersonal skills and able to maintain strong rapport with key technical personnel of clients
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in Bahasa or English
-Able to conduct high impact presentation to customers
-Willing to travel local or overseas

11.Sales Manager
Responsibility :
-Work closely with the General Manager or Managing Director to sell ERP and CRM solutions as well as consulting services included implementation, development/customization, support and maintenance to mid-enterprise customers locally or overseas.
-Effective information gathering, product evaluation and conceptualising, designing and validating technology or architecture to ensure solutions delivered are technically sound and conform to leading edge industry standards
-Conduct high quality pre-sales presentation and demonstration, perform RFP analysis and prepare winning proposals (work closely with pre sales consultant).
-Prepare sales plan and strategies under the assigned target
-Develop good working relationships with clients, business partners and other units
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
-Prior exp in dealing with any ERP software packages a must
-Willing and no restriction to travel locally or overseas

12.HR Manager
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
-Female
-Strong computer application background
-At least 5 years experience in Human Resource roles in IT industries a plus
-Excellent planning and organizational abilities
-Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation
-Good understanding of HR functions area, recruitment, training and employee development.

Responsibilities:

-Conducting quarterly site visits to customers and delivering quarterly reviews that summarize support issue trends
-Provide clear and constructive product feedback to  Product Management teams based on  Customer requirement.
-Help to document best practice in developing and deploying Technosoft solution to customers.
-Function as a front-line technical resource for “Best Practice” and informal customer questions.
-Maintain Customers Service Level Agreement.
