Responsibilities :
-Analyze customer needs
-Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs.
-Preventive and corrective maintenance
-Regularly visit the customer to check up their device
-Troubleshooting and solving customer’s problem
-Responsive services
Requirements:
-S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering ,or related Engineering discipline with min GPA 3.00
-Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet and networking.
-Having CCNA is an advantage
-Having knowledge and familiar with Cisco Products is an advantage
-Having good communication skill & good attitude
-Willing to be placed Jakarta or Surabaya
2). Presales Staff (Kode : Compnet – Presales Staff)
Responsibilities:
-Gathering information from customer to identify customers’ needs
-Analyzing, developing and proposing technical solutions
-Delivering presentation about technical solutions to customer
-Coordinating with external parties (vendor, principals and distributors) to obtain required information
Requirements:
-Min. bachelor degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering with GPA >2.8
-Having good knowledge in various IT technologies
-Having IT certification is an advantage (CCNA/CCNP/CCDA/CCDP)
-Having good communication skill & good attitude
-Can work individually and in team
3). Call Center (Kode : Compnet – Call Center)
Requirements :
-Minimum SMK in Information Technology
-Min 1 year working experience as call center or customer service.
-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
-Having good communication skill
-Having knowledge in IT Support and Computer Network
-Willing to work under shift schedule
4). Administration Staff (Kode : Compnet – Administration Staff)
Requirements
-Minimum D3 in any field, preferably in Accounting
-Min 1 year of working experience
-Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel, etc.)
-Proactive and having good communication skill
