Service Academy is one of the highly rated academies in CIMB NIAGA, which speciallizing in nurturing future bank teller and customer service representative. They are our future brand ambassador, who always strive to deliver our service philosopy, Beyond Customer Satisfaction is Our Aim.We equip everyone in service Academy with integrated learning experiance, so they know how to give our customers a good experience when they come into the bank service. Who Are We Looking For? Candidates that are well-groomed,have a good communication skill,reliable,dependable and responsible. We also are looking for candidates that are friendly,accurate digital-savvy,knowladgeable,courteous,detail-oriented,and who are empathetic to the customer’s needs.More over,these are the basic requirments the candidate should have:
-Hold a minimum sebior high school (SMA/SMK) degree with minimun GPA (NEM) of 07.50 in average.
-Minimum height of 160 cm for women and 165 cm for men.
-Maximum weight of 50 kg for Women and 55 kg for Men.
-Maximum age of 25 years old by joining date period.
-Marital status is single.

What Will I Learn?
For starters you will be taught about three basic service platforms,which are Building the Right Mindset & Ethic,Building Operational Skill and Building Customer Experience Skill.These are the topics that will be drilled during your first month or in-class program.Afterward you will get the chance to apply these courses into real life practices during your Branch Assignment and Placement.
What Long Does It Take?
The Service Academy will take full one year to complete,with additional one year of service bonding in permanent employment term.So you will be required stay within the program for two-years from your joining date.
-In-class and Simulation program in your 1st months.
-Branch Assignment in your 2nd to 3rd months.
-Placement & Monitoring in your 4th to 12th months.
-Service Bonding in your 13th to 24th months.
