Skill & Experiences :
•Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
•Self Confident
•Good typing skills 25 wpm
•Understanding of basic Microsoft Office application is a must
•Understanding of Gadget technology (Android, BB & Apple) is an advantage
•Experienced in Customer Care/service company min 1 Year is an advantage
•Good command of the English language is an advantage
•Good Looking (Cust Serv)
•Education Min Diploma 3
•Location Willing to be placed in BSD
•Age Maximum 27 years (fresh-graduate)
•Maximum 30 years (experienced)
2.SPV / Team Leader
General Requirements:
-Man/Woman
-Willing to work on shifting schedule
Skill & Experiences :
•Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
•Self Confident
•Operational management skill
•Customer Service Skills
•Understanding Microsoft Office application is a must
•Experienced in Customer Care/service company as a team leader min 1 Year is a must
•Experienced in managing team is a must
•Understanding of Gadget technology (Android, BB & Apple) is an advantage
•Good command of the English language is an advantage
•Education Min Diploma 3
•Willing to be placed in BSD
•Maximum 35 years (experienced)
