Internal Marketing staff Specialist
Responsibilities
-Calling customer (Prospect qualification, generation and nurturing)
-Contacts qualification and account mapping
-Campaign follow-up/out bound calls/ event RSVP
-Prepare bi-weekly reports
-CRM database update
Requirements
-Preferable female,
-Good telephone skills
-Relaxed in conversation (not too formal – professional and knowledgeable)
-Pleasant voice, friendly and approachable
-Persistent and results oriented
-Ability to handle rejection and difficult people/situation
-Able to adapt quickly
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any fields
-Team player and self motivated
-High level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
-Good administrative, organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills with the pas-sion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines
