1. Account Executive
Responsibilities:
-Identify and prospect new clients by performing market segmentation,and apply different organization approaches in targeting and selecting clients
-Oversee client acceptance and on-boarding procedures (such as conducting due diligence and reviewing documentation requirements)
-Sustain and build client relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and negotiation (pricing, financing structure) sessions with clients so as to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings
Requirements:
-Must possess bachelor’s degree from reputable university
-Preferably having previous experience in banking industry
-Minimum 2 years experience in similar position/business
-Strong conceptual, excellent interpersonal skill, pleasant appearance, and good initiative
-Age between : 25 – 35 years old
2.Devops Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
-Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
-Perform root cause analysis for production errors
-Investigate and resolve technical issues
-Develop scripts to automate visualization
-Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
-Required Skill(s): Kubernetes, ShellScript, YAML
-Working knowledge of databases
-Problem-solving attitude
-Team spirit
3.Fullstack Developer
Responsibilities:
-Design and develop highly reliable and fault tolerant systems
-Willingness to learn and experiment with new languages and technologies
-Coordinate with cross functional teams on planning and execution
-Build and manage automated build/test/deployment environments
Requirements:
-Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications in any language or stack
-Good understanding of different programming paradigms
-Experience with functional programming is a plus
-Ability to understand and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deliver
-Familiar with : ionic, node js (loopback), angular js
4.Implementation Consultant
Responsibilities:
-Oversee, Coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
-Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations.
-Assure client satisfaction.
-Train the client through key product learning milestone for effective application usage.
-Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans. ? Manage client relationship during the implementation process. ? Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with client. ? Support sales teleconference in hand-off of new client. ? Ensure implementation milestones are met on time. ? Coordinate data conversion, interface, and other timelines and expectations.
-Hand off to Client Support when client has successfully completed process.
-Perform other duties as needed and directed by leadership
Requirements:
-Age between 22 – 30 years old
-Good literate in English is a MUST
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
-Implementation of Web-based systems preferred.
-Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems preferred
-Strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Internet Explorer, Excel, power.
-Ability to lead a client successfully through technical processes.
-Ability to manage and fulfill client expectations.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus.
-Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally.
