IT Core System Support
Years of Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in Insurance business (ideal) or financial services industry.
Working knowledge of SDLC methodology.
Understanding database concept and implementation (SQL Server)
Strong human relations’ skills to interface with Business managers and staff at all levels within the organization and to deal with external vendors.
Ability to define, designs, implement and deliver solutions in CORE System and functional audit reviews.
A good communication skill.
Job Description :
Analysis & Documented a business needs and requirements
Translates business needs and requirements into system solution(s).
Identify potential areas of improvement achievable through new and improved application and initiate programs for improvement.
Ensuring documentations(i.e. Technical specification) on Projects/Change Request are in orders
