1.Data Engineer
What you will do:
-Developing and maintaining ETL pipelines from various data sources
-Developing data cleansing mechanism
-Build efficient & high performing data pipelines that could handle huge amount of traffics/data.
-Work closely with other engineers and leads for ensuring the success of data related projects implementation.
-Testing developed features or functions to validate that they are working as expected.
-Accountable for all software development phases (SDLC) to ensure on-time completion.

-Good understanding of Windows/UNIX/LINUX environments.

-Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL), exposure to no-SQL appliances and a variety of databases (e.g. Cosmo DB, Elastic Search, Kafka, Hive, etc.).
-Experience in writing software for data extraction and transformation in one or more languages (e.g. Python, Scala, or Java).

3.Business Analyst
Responsibilities
-Conduct meeting or interview with customers and convert the result to user’s requirement.
-Extract information from customers and develop use cases based on the information gathered.
-Analyse problem and provide data backed solutions by mapping requirements against technical aspects to be implemented.
-Prepare functional and technical documents related to projects to be delivered.
-Assist development team in developing solutions according to user’s requirement.
-Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques.
-Ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and attention to detail in the report, whether it is ad-hoc report or periodic report.
-Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals.
-Analyse pattern, identify various key business, and insights for business.
Requirements
-1-3 years’ experience as business analyst (fresh Graduate are welcome).
-Experienced with functional and technical documents (BRD, FSD, TSD).
-Ability to define user requirement based on collected information.
-Ability to analyse raw data and turn it into actionable business insights and recommendations.
-Analytical thinking with resourceful attitude.
-Able to create process flow diagrams, user story.
-Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
-Positive, self-starter, motivated, ability to work in a team and collaborate with many different clients of the company.
4.Tier 2 Support Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems through web portal, live sessions, and telephone.
-Address customer business needs and technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting while applying acquired knowledge.
-Document all technical inquiries. Develop and review content for knowledge sharing for both internal purposes and customer facing platforms.
-Work directly with other global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, and administration to ensure the long-term success of our customers and the company.
Required Qualifications
-Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Windows server platforms (2016/2019/2022) with emphasis on Windows Servers administration, Active Directory,
IIS, RDS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) in enterprise environments.
-Familiarity with Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS) and basic network administration.
-Exposure to MacOS systems and administration.
-Understanding of major communication and authentication protocols, including HTTP, LDAPs, SAML, SIEM, REST API, RADIUS, SFTP, TLS/SSL, and SSH.
-Technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate and resolve root causes.
-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
-Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
-Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues and providing exceptional service.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a domestic and international team.
-Willingness to participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 customer support.
-Proficient in written and spoken English.
