1.Marketing lending position
About Us
Our client is a trusted financial institution that has flourished from the acquisition of several rural
banks (BPR) with a vision to build a healthy, reliable, and secure financial institution. Our client
finds financial solutions for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses with low-interest rates,
reliable credit processes, and easy gold credit in the Gold Credit program.
Requirements:
Essential:
-Working experience in sales/marketing 2-3 years
-Bachelor degree in Marketing/Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting
-Possess good communication skills and comfortability in dealing with new prospective customers
-Have an extensive database, particularly in lending
-Able to build rapports and sustainable relationships with existing customers
-Able to use Microsoft Office for making presentations and reporting activities
-Able to analyze carefully and fast
-Neat, disciplined, and loyal personality
-Being active on social media will be a plus
Desirable:
-Working experience in sales/marketing, preferably in bank, insurance, and credit card
-Have a persistent personality and high confidence level
-Able to demonstrate the ability to work with teams
-Able to receive and comply to the direction of the leaders
Responsibilities:
-Perform credit product marketing activities to achieve company target
-Check and analyze the credibility and completeness of the prospective debtor’s data
-Monitor customer credit process continuity
-Look for prospective customers who are eligible to finance their business and offer bank products and services
-Accompany credit analysis in meeting prospective customers during surveys
-Maintain and retain existing debtors/customers
-Provide a list of potential customers to visit
-Responsible for weekly sales and pipeline activity reports

Job Description
-Follow up actual leads from multi-sources within certain SLA to collect data/information for KPR and complete KPR forms following respective banks’ requirements
-Promote Ringkas Platform to end users by educating them to utilise the platform in accessing and monitoring the KPR process
-Maintain good & strong relationship with the developers, agent properties, banks & customers
-Report activities regularly to the direct supervisor for all tasks including customer feedback
-Manage all documentation along the end-to-end KPR process properly and submit to the office regularly (if any paperworks) for safekeeping
-Follow data privacy policy and secure customer data always in the company database, never personal devices
-Always keep updated with Ringkas Platform
Qualifications
-Minimum of bachelor degree, any major
-Having at least 1 year experience in the financial services industry for chasing leads and promoting financial product; preferable in banking and in particular home financing (KPR)
-Customer-oriented mindset
-Professional, polite, respectful, presentable
-Experience in negotiation and closing sales
-Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced and high-performance environment
-Able to communicate in English and well-versed Bahasa Indonesia

3.Tax accounting staff position
Responsibilities:
-Complete daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation
-Prepare monthly calculation and reconciliation of income tax
-Keep track of industry trends and changes related to tax regulation
-Prepare tax payments estimate and track tax returns
-Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments
-Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
-Organize and update the company’s tax database
-Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
-Upload tax invoice file to tax system & AS3 program
-Opname AR/AP/ATK/Kas&Bank/Asset (HO & Dadap) bulanan dan 3 bulanan
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-A minimum of 3 years experience as a tax accountant or similar role.
-Proven experience in handling stock opname assets/AR/AP/treasury & bank/inventory
-Possess basic knowledge of accounting business process and bookkeeping procedures
-In-depth knowledge of tax regulation including income tax (PPN/PPH)
-Familiarity with AR/AP and experience in handling audit
-Familiarity with accounting software packages
-Computer literacy (MS Office in particular)
-Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and demonstrate a good attitude and professional integrity
-Excellent analytical and time management skills

-Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
