1.IT Client Support
Responsibilites :
-Support for IT Internal Office at office hours
-24/7 IT Service level 1 for Client and Partner
-Monitoring activity for all services
-Providing all IT Service request from internal and Client/Partner
Requirements:
-Having a Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university.
-At least 1 year(s) experiences of working in related field
-Understanding of Linux system operation
-Having skills : DB Query, IT Support, IT Service Desk
-Has ability to analyze and giving solution for IT problems
-Willing to work shifting schedule
