1.Class Administator
Responsibilities:
-Preparing Class Demo Student & Lecturer
-Preparing all administrative tasks related to class
-Coordinating with lecturers related to class
-Doing control quality learning activity class/course
-Reporting all tasks to User
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field, especially from Education Technology major.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Proven ability to manage administrative tasks, stay organized, and effectively handle shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
-Demonstrated ability to positively work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, collaboration, and communication skills.
-Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently.
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
2.Content Developer
Responsibilities:
-Developing e-learning content as per client’s necessities
-Ensuring learning objectives have been achieved using the content that has been developed
-Improving and maintaining effective cooperation with various parties to support success of e-learning projects
Requirements:
-Min. Bachelor Degree, all major (preferably from Education Technology, Computer Science, Management, and Accounting major)
-Have good MS office literacy
-Preferably have 1 year of experience in the related field
-Have good interpersonal and communication skills
-Attention to detail and have good administration skills
3.Subject Content Writer
Responsibilities:
-Prepare summary notes/lecture notes in accordance with the material needed for content development
-Edit and add summary notes/lecture notes for existing content in HarukaEDU library
-Prepare the question/quiz script in accordance with the design of the document
-Preparing reports on the realization of the preparation of sumaary notes/lecture notes and questions
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Computer Science from reputable university
-Candidate must have GPA min. 3.50 out of 4.00
-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
-Excellent English is a must
-Have good MS Office and Internet literacy
-Have good speed in writing
-Eager to learn new knowledges
-Have strong passion in writing academic writings
