-Communicate with students through phone and email closely to help students and maintain good relations •
-Ensure prospective students develop suitable study plan according to needs and expectations of prospective students •
-Offer the most suitable program based on prospective students’ needs and developing a longterm study plan •
-Acquire prospective students database from any sources •
-Report periodically all telemarketing activities
-Minimum SMU/SMK (preferably Diploma/Bachelor degree) •
-Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, service, consulting or education line
-Good communication skills •
-Strong persuasive skill and target oriented •
-Self-motivated and independent, able to work with minimum supervision •
-Have confident and pleasant personality •
-Have good computer literacy

-Upload content to cloud (YouTube, SoundCloud, Google Drive) •
-Perform data entry
-Candidate must possess at least SMA / SMK department of Administrative Sciences Office •
-Detail-oriented •
-Persistent and ready for routine work •
-Have good skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and internet literacy
-Have good skills in fast typing

-Liaise with external parties, such as: university partners, students, and vendors •
-Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs (A/P, A/R, assets, and others related reports) •
-Prepare tax: PPH, PPN, and others related document •
-Validate invoice, disbursement, and employees reimbursement •
-Reconcile bank transactions •
-Apply internal control
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. •
-At least 1 year of working experience in finance accounting, fresh graduate are encourage to apply •
-Good Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills •
-Initiative, self-starter, result-oriented, detail-oriented •
-Good knowledge in taxation (withholding Tax, PPH) •
-Good communication and interpersonal skills •
-Good leadership and management skills •
-Can work independently under less supervision
