2.Senior Staff Accounting Finance
Job Description:
-Responsible for preparing financial statement
-Receive, check the bill from the vendor and make a recap to ensure payment is delivered on time
-Responsible for payment process – Voucher, checking account, petty cash
-Responsible for making consolidation report
-Check and approve cash/ bank and bank reconciliation daily report
-Archive all transaction documents to maintain administrative order and facilitate tracking of documents (invoices, tax invoices, etc.)
-Input payment to the vendor in accordance with the payment period
Requirement:
-Maksimum 30 years old
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Economics/ Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
-Good understanding in Accounting reports, journals, banking transaction, cash flow control and petty cash
-Minimun 2 years experience as Staff Finance or Accounting
-Showing good leadership and attitude
-Good communication and coordination
-Can work under pressure
