1.IT PC Support
Primary Responsibilities:
End-to-end customer support and issue management
-Troubleshooting and support of common hardware and software problems for both onsite and remote employees
-Entry-level PC support and maintenance
-Maintaining and improving day-to-day IT support processes
-IT-related project work as assigned
-Healthcare IT experience (Strongly preferred)
-IT Certificates (preferred)  ( Microsoft, Citrix, etc ).
-Communications in English is must.
Job Requirements
-A basic understanding of IT infrastructure and support operations, through a combination of education or experience
-Demonstrated desire to learn, grow and assume additional responsibilities
-Ability to think creatively, innovate and be solutions-oriented
-Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical issues and drive them to completion with high-quality outcomes
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
-Passionate about customer service with a clear focus on improving the end-user experience
-Become familiar with available help desk resources; stay updated on technology changes or problems.
-Direct calls to appropriate second level support staff as necessary.
-Knowledge and experience with Windows  XP, 7 and  8.
-PC/Laptop & Mobile devices management and support
-Basic knowledge of Citrix XenApp administratif (Preferred)
-Accountable for proper call categorization and routing (escalation routing as required).
-Accountable for resolution of known, documented and single step requests.  (Example – Password Resets)
-Accountable for incident closure and any follow-up contact between the Help Desk and the end user.
-Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
-Troubleshooting is required, works from existing knowledge databases and procedures.
-Reporting and document handle for all incidents during Project.

2.Network & SystemEngineer
The Network & System will provide break-fix troubleshooting and repair services to our multi-vendor customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Service, printers, (HP, Lexmark, others) Storage devices such as tape libraries, RAID and other electronic storage systems, Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Smart hands, Retail POS, and other electromechanical devices.
-Provide some desk side technical support for hardware, software and network.
-Perform analysis to effectively identify potential problems to eliminate problems in the future.
-Maintain requisite technical competence to support the hardware,software and network
-Install, move, add, and change hardware and related peripherals in accordance with the Change Management Process.
-Taking appropriate actions to mitigate or eliminate hardware/software problems.
-Perform applicable preventative maintenance, per OEM specifications
-Travel require
Job Requirements
-1-2 years of successful experience in a similar position in computer repair and maintenance with troubleshooting and repairing Servers, PC’s, laptops, hardware and printers
-Experienced with Microsoft OS & Office software and networking, Unix/Linux (preferred)
-Knowledge and experience in fundamentals of Cloud
-Experienced with Networking Mikrotik , Cisco and IP PBX
-Applied knowledge in internet tools and services (dns,dhcp ,wins , telnet, ftp , http, ssh ,ssl ,apache , iss and MS Clustering )
-Applied knowledge in automation tools and scripting a plus ( powershell , prtg ,mrtg firewire )
-Excellent Electro-mechanical skills
-Reliable transportation
-Good customer service skills, dependable transportation, ability to work after hours and weekends on Standby, ability to travel
-The ability to successfully pass drug screen and background check
