Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
-Ability to develop a clear and detailed plan in Software Production system. Monitors Product Development progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
-Able to deal product features with customer, partner, supervisors, staff and peers
-Able to work multi-task
-Review, investigate and analyses business systems, identifying options for creating and improving business processes
-Gather, analyse and document the business requirements into functional requirements
-Conduct gap analysis between business requirement and system behaviour
-Assists in User Acceptance Test
-Supports training and implementation material, advice in implementation, and provides post-implementation support
-Conduct training for key users, end users and partner
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, Business Management
-Working experience  2 – 4 years as implementation consultant or business analyst
-Strong analytical preferred instead of technical abilities
-Minimum 2 full cycle of ERP implementation
-Experience in determining customer business requirements and objectives; demonstrated ability to develop application designs to meet those needs
-Good presentation and communication skills
-English both writing and oral is a must

Technical AX
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
-Required skill(s): SQL, C# & X++
-Having experience in Dynamics AX 2009 or 2012
-At least 1 year experience as Dynamics AX developer
-Strong technical knowledge and experience in web-based development using .NET based language is an advantage

Data Modeler
Descriptions:
The Data Modeler will be responsible for designing, implementing and administering related to data modeling. This individual is also responsible for planning, leading/collaboration with internal and external teams. The role will require working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of computer science, statistics, or operations research
-Experience with Database Development and Management (MS SQL/MySQL or other SQL DBMS)
-Experience with MS Office programming (VBs, Macro, etc.), is a plus
-Understanding of data modeling techniques, theories, principles, and practices
-Understand OOP Programming (C#, C++, Java, etc.).
-Knowledge of operational and analytical logical design techniques and metadata management techniques is a plus

Project Delivery Manager
Responsibility :
-Ensure overall project delivery and service level agreement are met through operational execution and quality assurance within agreed cost, time and other constraints.
-Monitor and review actual end-to-end project deliverables against target and undertake remedial actions
-Manage Project Team to delivered the right project blue print and build relation with customer’s management.
-Build and motivate the team.
-Support, provide problem resolution and achieving productivity improvement targets

Technical Consultant (.Net Programmer)
Responsibility :
-Implement, and document all aspects of development work as assigned
-Play a significant role in all aspects of solution design, development, deployment, and operations support
-Engage in projects to deliver technical consultancy and develop custom solutionsfor customer
-Assist in planning and preparation of customer trainings/ sessions/ events
-Support and eventually manage implementation projects

Functional Consultant
Responsibility :
-Learn and analyse client’s business requirements
-Prepare blueprint documentation, end user manuals and conduct training for the user
-Create, execute design specification and testing customization.
-Provide UAT script dan conduct UAT session with client.
-Advice and assist users in data preparation, migration, master data, and transactional data set-up.
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, Business Management with GPA at least 2.7
-At least 2 – 3 years experience as consultant, with 1 year experience in implement ERP system or CRM is a must.
-Required skill(s): VB.Net, SQL,C#
-Must have good communication skills
-Must be hard working, independent, and willing to work overtime

Pre Sales Consultant
Responsibility :
-Work closely with the General Manager or Managing Director to provide pre-sales support
-Effective information gathering, product evaluation and conceptualizing, designing and validating technology or architecture to ensure solutions delivered are technically sound and conform to leading edge industry standards
-Delivering high-quality pre-sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective and prepare winning proposals
-Develop good working relationships with clients, business partners and other units
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or other related discipline
-Minimum 5 years of experience in medium or large scale IT Projects including full lifecycle in application development, business consultancy, pre-sales support or technical architecture
-Experience in any ERP and CRM solutions/package software is a must
-Strong technical skills with current technologies, tools and industry trends
-Excellent interpersonal skills and able to maintain strong rapport with key technical personnel of clients
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in Bahasa or English

CRM Support
Responsibility :
-Identifying potential technical or business obstacles and suggesting solutions
-Conducting annual site visits to Customers and delivering periodic reviews that summarize support issue trends
-Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Technosoft Product Management teams based on customer requirements
-Help to document best practices in developing and deploying Technosoft solutions to customers
-Function as a front-line technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
-Maintain Customer Service Level Agreement
Requirement :
-At least Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
-Knowledge in web-based development using .NET based language (C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, Web Services, WCF)
-Experience in MS Dynamics CRM
-At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field

Sales Manager
Responsibility :
-Work closely with the General Manager or Managing Director to sell ERP and CRM solutions as well as consulting services included implementation, development/customization, support and maintenance to mid-enterprise customers locally or overseas.
-Effective information gathering, product evaluation and conceptualising, designing and validating technology or architecture to ensure solutions delivered are technically sound and conform to leading edge industry standards
-Conduct high quality pre-sales presentation and demonstration, perform RFP analysis and prepare winning proposals (work closely with pre sales consultant).
-Prepare sales plan and strategies under the assigned target
-Develop good working relationships with clients, business partners and other units
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
-Prior exp in dealing with any ERP software packages a must

HR Manager
Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
-Female
-Strong computer application background
-At least 5 years experience in Human Resource roles in IT industries a plus
-Excellent planning and organizational abilities
-Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation
-Good understanding of HR functions area, recruitment, training and employee development.
-High integrity, trustworthiness and good customer/employee relation skills

Responsibilities:
