1.SALES ENGINEER
Qualifications :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree from reputable university
-Majoring Electrical Engineering
-Have minimum 3 years experience in panel maker industry
-Hard worker & able to work under pressure to meet company target
-Must be willing to work on TSEA site all over Indonesia as well as overseas
-Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
-Computer & internet literate
-Fluent in English (verbal & written)
-Have a good team work capacity
Job Duties:
-Maintain existing and develop long term relation with client
-Estimating production cost as well as project tender cost
-Interpret customer needs into a proper project design
-Arrange project schedule into a reliable timeline
-Can serve as technical support for customer or client
-Coordinate the tender result with engineer team
2.SALES MANAGER

-Responsible to meet sales target and coordinate sales project
-Estimating production cost as well as project tender cost
-Manage and interpret customer needs and requirements
-Expand market, establish new, maintain existing, and develop long term relation with client
-Involve in product presentation, negotiate with customer, and follow up project schedule
-Can serve as technical support for customer or client
-Arrange all project schedule into a reliable timeline
-Coordinate the tender result with engineer team
-Be up-to-date with trend industry and general market condition
