Account Executive (AE)
Responsibilities :
•Prospect for new customers
•Provide quotation to customer
•Attend site meetings, provide after sales services support and follow up
•Maintain good relationships with customers
•Educate customer
•Achieve business target in terms of sales volume and revenue
•Report to Sales Manager
Requirements:
•Male/Female
•Maximum age 30 years old
•Min. 1 year experience in selling ICT Products/Fresh Graduate
•Candidate at least Diploma, any field from reputable university
•Target & Sales Oriented
•ICT minded
•Have own vehicle, at least motorcycle
•Good personality, responsible, fast learner, efficient and well-organized
•Able to operate Ms. Office
•Able to work independently and also work in a team
NOC (Network Operation Center)
Responsibilities :
•Network configuration
•Network monitoring
•Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
•Troubleshooting
Requirements:
•Male/Female
•Age 20 – 27 years old
•Min. Diploma
•Fluent in English, both oral and written
•Good team player, good communication, fast learner & self motivated
•Willing to work in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
•Able to work shift
•Understand operation System (Linux, Mikrotik)
•Understand telecommunication basic
•Understand Wireless Networking and troubleshooting well
•Understand computer network basic (LAN, W-LAN & WAN)
•Understand VSAT basic (SCPC & TDMA)
