Duties:
-Do research in Indonesia e-commerce market
-Assist supervisor to preparing timetable, make sure all get things done
-Daily report to supervisor about today job
-Participate in team meeting session

Skills:
-Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa)
-Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-Results and target orientated
-Good negotiating skills
-Analytically strong is a plus
2. Recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
-Create Job Descriptions and execute recruiting plans
-Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
-Administrative duties and recordkeeping
-Work with Hiring Manager for each open position
-Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Requirements :
-Having good initiatives and networking through excellent database
-Having at least 2 years as Recruitment Staff
-Active and good communication skill
-Can work under pressure
-Fluently in English
3. Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
-Source, select and purchase appropriate brand merchandise, in a required time frame and in line with the company merchandise strategy.
-Identify key seasonal trends relevant to the Indonesia market
-Maintaining and coordinate with suppliers.
-In conjunction with the planner, monitor and take accountability of weekly sales and profit and responding to the product performances with effective merchandise strategies.
-Working with a buying plan, to ensure maximisation of sales and inventory control.
-Conducting periodical reviews to include missed opportunities and further potential successes.
-Negotiation of buying and settlement terms
-Proactively conduct competitor analysis to ensure a competitive advantage.
-Proactively recommend initiatives to continuously improve product ranging.
Skills:
-At least 2 years recent experience as a merchandiser and purchasing in one or two particular product categories
-Excellent ability with excel
-Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
-A well developed eye for spotting winners and identifying product opportunities
-Great time management skills
-A dynamic personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
-Results driven and target oriented
-Can work under pressure
4. Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-training & management of store personnel
-dealing with the contractors for setup (furniture setup + clothes display)
-link between our ops (delivery and tagging) and the store (receiving the stock, arranging the storage room, managing the dismantle and delivery of left stock)
-visual merchandising in store
Skills:
-background: retail shop experience and/or event organizer
-skill: team management, client relations, product display management, coordination of work. Familiar with online shopping
-preferable: experience in showroom/store setup: decoration/lights/shelfs/etc
5. Campaign Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Plan the whole online marketing calendar month by month
-Coordinate all campaign managers, ensure flawless execution of marketing activities
-Analyze data and performance of each campaign; consolidate learnings and ensure they are integrated in day-to-day operations
-Analyze data and performance of each category to grow sales.
-Ensure achievement of sales targets on a monthly basis
-Responsible for creating data-supported marketing efforts towards sales targets.
-Responsible for online merchandising of category on the website.
Skills:
-Experience in leading a team of people
-Good time management skills and strong ability to multi-task
-Comfortable with excel
-Willing to work hard
-Experience in Google Analytics is preferred
-Experience in Newsletter Marketing, Onsite Marketing, SEO, SEM are a plus
