3.IT Business Analyst  (Kode : CAR – IT Business Analyst)
OVERALL PURPOSE:
The position is responsible for the identification, analysis and development of business requirements for systems development, enhancement ; and testing, implementation and documentation of the supported systems used in the assigned business unit.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Identifies areas for improvement / enhancement on existing systems to support different initiatives of the company.
-Determines, analyzes, and documents the business requirements from the
-business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system specifications.
-Identifies possible improvements in the business processes to reduce manual
-work and overhead, as well as improve overall turnaround time of business processes.
-Facilitates change management by working with various business areas to address issues and potential impact and/or benefits of the changes in the proposed system.
-Communicates with the developers for clarification of business requirements, testing, and reporting of errors found in the systems being supported.
-Identifies all possible test scenarios and prepares the test plan for the systems under development.
-Executes the test plan and conducts the acceptance testing for the developed programs as required.
-Prepares and documents manual and system procedures in support of the business needs.
-Provides post-implementation and production support for supported systems
-including analysis of production problems raised by business users.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

4.Data warehouse and BI Specialist (Kode : CAR – Data warehouse and BI Specialist )
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Data warehouse and BI Specialist is responsible for the overall delivery of IT software solutions to business users, concentrating on data services, business intelligence and data reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Design enterprise wide scalable data warehouse solutions in line with business requirements
•Gather & analyse business requirements and translate same into system requirements
•Select methods, techniques, or criteria for data warehousing evaluative procedures
•Develop data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction.
•Design and implement warehouse database structures.
•Engaged in data and systems mapping, analysing data / metadata & SQL stored procedures, gap analysis, the creation of process diagrams, etc.
•Provide expertise in data modeling using good design principles and industry best practices
•Develop and implement data extraction procedures from other systems,
•Create supporting documentation, such as metadata and diagrams of entity relationships, business processes, and process flow.
•Create plans, test files, and scripts for data warehouse testing, ranging from unit to integration testing.
Requirements:
•2-5 years hands on experience as an ETL/DWH developer with strong knowledge in designing, developing and delivering end-to-end ETL processes for large scale data warehouses
•Interpretation, preparation and mapping of complex insurance/financial data and explaining complex technical information.
•Understanding and experience with ETL methodologies, Business Intelligence and data warehousing principles, approaches, technologies
•Experience in design, development and deployment of data warehouses or relational/analytical/multi-dimensional data marts
•Extensive experience with data transformation design and leadership (extraction, cleansing, conforming and delivery)
•Microsoft BI stack and/or exposure to data visualization technologies such as Qlikview an advantage

•To perform system monitoring, analysis and performance tuning.

Responsibilities:
•Monitor IT Security threats identified by the client’s security software and co-ordinate any responses or actions that may be required.
•Monitor IT Security in Network, System and Database
•Review the effectiveness and relevance of security controls on IT systems
•Ensure security measures and procedures are implemented, monitored and improved over time, and participate in the change control process for the implementation of the proposed amendments.
•Promote security awareness to business staff

•Provide consultancy and policy advice on security services and standards
•Review and report on the outcomes from systems and infrastructure resulting from the deployment of new technologies.

9.Database Administrator (Kode : CAR – Database Administrator)
Responsibilities:
•Administration and management of sql and non-sql databases in the dev & production environments
•Troubleshooting and handling all database related issues and tracking them through to resolution
•Pro-active monitoring of databases both from a performance and capacity management perspective
•Performing database maintenance activities such as backup/recovery, rebuilding/reorganizing indexes
•Ensuring that all database releases are properly assessed and measured from a functionality and performance perspective
•Providing technical subject matter expertise on all database design and development projects
•Development and performance tuning of database schema, stored procedures etc.
•Providing technical input on the configuration of sql server and SAN disk subsystem on all database servers
•Ensuring that all databases are up-to-date with the latest service packs, patches & security fixes
Qualifications:
