1.Marketing Admin Assistant (Subject code : MAS-UBL)
Report directly to Marketing & Communication Supervisor. This position is responsible to support marketing team in Collateral and Consumables Management, control stock movement and distribute the giveaways & collaterals, support in First Time Trading (FTT) (daily and weekly distribution, updating the FTT list), support Marketing team to run Marketing Campaigns, such as : distribute campaign collaterals, update the database & distribute the gifts and support Marketing Events as needed
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in marketing environment
-good communication and administration skills, good negotiation skill
-good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office

2.Customer Service (Subject code : CS-UBL)
Report directly to Customer Service Supervisor. This position is responsible to handle incoming calls, customer’s inquiry and complaint, as well as assist to fill customer needs and to maintain our service excellence.
Qualifications:
-Minimum Diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in related field especially service industry
-pleasant personality, excellent communication skills
-having export import knowledge would be an advantage
-good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office

3.Bank Admin Staff (Subject code : BAS-UBL)
Report directly to Treasury Supervisor. This position is responsible to manage the petty cash and customer collection and subsequently report to the authorized persons timely and accurately.
Qualifications:
-Minimum Diploma 3 degree (preferable Accounting) with a minimum of 1 year working experience in treasury area
-familiar with Indonesia GAAP & SAP would be an advantage
-willing to work under night shift schedule (prefereble male)
-good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office
