Junior Consultant
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums and proposals.
-Establish a working relationship with clients
-Schedule appointment and project meetings with clients
-Presenting project report as needed
-Carrying out research and data collection
-Conducting analysis
-Interviewing client’s employees,management team and other
REQUIREMENTS
-Male/Female, max. 30 years old
-Have strong analytical skills
-Have knowledge and passion on human resource management and organizational development
-Demonstrate good time management skill with good responsibility to ensure on time deliverable to clients
-Able to perform multitasking assignments and meet changing deadlines
-Minimum: Bachelor Degree (S1)
