1. WEB PROGRAMMER (WP)
Qualifications:
•Min D3 majoring in Information Technology, Computer Sciene, Informatics Engineering or related disciplines with min GPA of 3,00
•At least 2 year experience in the same field
•Male / Female
•Self Motivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
•Able to work individually or as a team
Skill Requirements:
•Have Programming skill and in PHP and/or ASP.Net
•Have Knowlegde in Class and Function.
•Have knowledge in VB/Delphi/Java will be an advantage
•Database MYSQL, SQL Server, Oracle
•Have Knowledge in HTML, Java Script, CSS
•Macro Media Flash, Photoshop ( Is an advantage )
•Trouble shooting & Networking
2. TECHNICAL WRITER (TW)
Qualifications:
•Min D3 majoring in Information Technology, Computer Sciene, Informatics Engineering or related disciplines
•At least 1 year experience in the same field
•Male / Female
•Self Motivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
•Have experience in a Software Development project
Skill Requirements:
•Have knowledge in ERD, UML, Use Case Diagram and other technicand Networking
•Have knowledge in programming and/or database design is an advantage
•Experienced in user guide, training guide, and SDLC document
3. Pre-Sales
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for assisting the sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify accounts.
•Support requirements and pre-sales technical discussions
•Preparing and delivering solution based on product or custom solution.
•Preparing Technical Proposal base on proposed solution to customers.
•Delivering proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
•Working with Technical Support to resolve customer issues and developers to handover the account to ensure deliverables for implementation.
•Serve as technical liaison between sales, customers and engineering for pre-sales issues
•Do solution presentation to customers.
•Do Project Management and provide documentation
•Involved in the development of pre-sales and marketing documents
•Actively source for new technologies and innovative solutions
•Ensure high customer satisfaction in solutions delivery and pre-sales support
•Undertake any duties assigned from time to time
Requirement :
•Male/Female, max 35 years old.
•Candidate must possess at least a S1 degree in Computer Studies.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Experience pre-sales consultancy
•The ability to talk about technical subjects and deliver technical presentation to a wide array of audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds
•Good presentation skills both written and spoken.
•Able to work independently and in team work
•Excellent communication skill both oral and written.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skill, ability to work independently and pro actively as well in a team
•Self motivated and self initiative, able to work within time constraint is the main requirement
•Ability to communicate in English in a MUST.
•Experienced in Telco Customer is advantages.
•Preferably having any IT Certifications
